Lisa has nearly 25 years of experience as an audiologist. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Massachusetts and her Doctorate in Audiology from Arizona State University. In 2009 she made the decision to open her own audiology office serving her community and strives to improve quality of life through better hearing.

Kelly has been with Alber Hearing Services for about 5 years now, however she has known Lisa her entire life and holds the title of "Lisa's Favorite Niece". Kelly was born and raised in Greenfield and resides here with her 2 young children, Nick and Emma and their dog, Lucy. Kelly has a passion for helping our Patients hear better and have a higher quality of life hearing the world around them.

Olivia Leone

Olivia is the newest member of the Alber Hearing Services team.  She lives in Deerfield with her daughters and husband. Olivia is also the Director of Religious Education at St. John's Episcopal Church. She loves specialty coffee and enjoys volunteering in the community.

Maddy Leone

Maddy joined the Alber team in August 2020 and you can see her in the summer and on school breaks. She attends Sewanee, The University of the South, in Tennessee. When not at school or work, Maddy loves to read, watch movies at the drive-in, and visit Cape Cod.

 Lacey Girard is a lifetime Montague native, and is our newest Patient Care Coordinator. When you call, it is her beautiful voice you might hear. Outside of work she enjoys crafting, cooking, tending to her many house plants, snuggling her two kitties, and watching sports with her partner, Josh. When you pop in for supplies, cleanings or appointments, be sure to say "Hello!"
