Who We Are

In 2009 Lisa Alber made the decision to open her own audiology office that serves her community and strives to improve the quality of life of her patients through better hearing.

At Alber Hearing Services, our goal is to provide you with the best possible hearing care, based upon your individual needs. We provide a comprehensive array of services related to evaluation, rehabilitation and prevention of hearing impairment. We’re here to help people with hearing deficiencies live the life they want with the hearing they have.

Dr. Lisa C. Alber

Audiologist/Owner

Lisa has nearly 25 years of experience as an audiologist. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Massachusetts and her Doctorate in Audiology from Arizona State University.

Kelly Prasol

Clinical Care Coordinator

Kelly has been with Alber Hearing Services since 2015, however she has known Lisa her entire life and holds the title of "Lisa's Favorite Niece". Kelly was born and raised in Greenfield and resides here with her 2 young children, Nick and Emma and their dog, Lucy.

Olivia Leone

Patient Care Coordinator

Olivia came on board in October of 2020. She lives in Deerfield with her daughters and husband.

Lacey Girard

Patient Care Coordinator

Lacey Girard is a lifetime Montague native, and is our newest Patient Care Coordinator. When you call, it is her beautiful voice you might hear.

Katelyn Hoad

Patient Care Coordinator

Katelyn joined us in August 2022, and has become one of the team in no time! When she isn’t assisting patients, she is spending time with her husband, and two boys. She loves hiking and travel.

All Staff Supervisor

Cooper enjoys treats, greeting patients, and being an all-around good boy.

Sam/Sammy

Office Decorator

The newest member of the team, Sam decorates the office with toys and bones, and puts everyone in a good mood.
