Hearing Loss and Dementia

Dementia affects so many of our families. There is a lot of great research being done on the topic, by doctors like Boaz Ben-David Ph.D., who states:  “The overall idea is that in the last 20 years, we see more and more evidence that hearing loss negatively affects cognition, and we suspect that hearing aids may positively impact cognitive performance. – For example, the Lancet Commission’s report states the greatest modifiable risk for dementia is hearing loss. ”  For the full article go to https://hearingreview.com/inside-hearing/people/hearing-15
